My device is just to big. My last one was . Much smaller and more comfortably to wear. I tested it and it seems to work well your company is very easy to do business with

Best approach for this customer: explain why this company provides what I want by comparing to other companies
Representative Frankie explained how other companies products work in comparison, pricing, hidden fees, and functionalities. He explained how LifeStation best meets my needs and of course, the current promo of waiving equipment fee was appealing.

Awesome customer service representative
I spoke to a very knowledgeable person when I called the Aetna member line. Justin answered all my questions, gave me information on the products and options for signing up for the appropriate system for my mother. He confirmed all the information and gave me the customer service number to call when I receive the device and for any questions I have.
