I was given all the information and I gave my credit card info and THEN SHE SAID it would be 5-7 days for delivery. I TOLD HER I was leaving to go back to Illinois could I pay for rush delivery. She said NO. I SAID maybe I will look for a company that can deliver quicker. She said it was too late for me to change my mind the order was already processed at that moment. She continues to say “it would cost me more to go somewhere else and that my refund that she just processed would take 7 to 10 days so I really was stuck and had no choice. My suggestion is let people know upfront how long it’s going to take to receive it because maybe that makes a difference whether they go with your company or look for someone where they can get it quicker because in this case I have to go back home and my dad will be alone here, I would’ve liked the alert before I went back so I could explain it to him so that we could test it but now he hast to do that on his own and I hope it works out so like I had no options
Informative rep and compared to 4 other alert devices this checked off more of our purposes and price satisfaction. Guess we will see how it works for my 90 year old father.

Sherry didn't make it feel like I was buying a service or a device. She gave me ways to feel save again Talking with Sherry felt like talking with a family member that cares about what's best for your health and safety. If anyone ask me how to get one I would give them the number and tell them to ask for Sherry she not a sales person she like family by the time you're done with the call
Very helpful got what I needed was not disappointed with everything.
I tried to cancel the product when I didn't receive it when promise, but they told me I couldn't cancel it. I had to give it to the mailman to send it back. I never see the mailman, and if I do, he's gonna tell me he can't send it back!
