I have called 6 times to try and get a refund for a returned box and discontinued service. Each time I get a run around, from telling me it's in the mail to it takes 6 weeks for it to get to me (it's been 4 months). They are quick to take our money but not to give it back, I would not recommend this company, if I could give it 0 stars I would.
