It was a great experience. I learned a lot about how each system works. I was able to choose the correct system for my father. Being a Kaiser member, I felt I was being treated special. It was a good day.

You guys took my money. I never got any product. I placed out my product by September 9th I was told 5 to 7 days. I should be able to have it. I'll be receiving it when I'm on vacation. Which I kind of wanted forthopedician I refuse to pay my bill until I get back from my vacation and start up service then it's not my problem that you guys choose the cheapest way of setting your monitors out and in doing so, resulting in bad customer service, I can't rate something. That I don't know anything about. You have failed to come up with the product. If I do not receive this product by thursday the The 12th of September.I will be proceeding to put a requiring on better business bureau on your behalf

Justin helped explain the alert station watch which is what I wanted for my 86 yr. old dad who has started to have a few falls that injured him. I now can have a piece of mind that "help" will be contacted if he has another fall and won't be laying on the floor for hours.
