Lady was jolly, happy & very helpful. She made a plan to arrange a refund & reduce my monthly direct debit. Explained where I could find the serial number for my meter on the bill. Advised that I could put in metre reading rather than accepting the estimated bill. So refreshing to have someone who listened to what I needed & wanted to happen & did it. A lovely call.
