Wow Hannah and the entire Leeps network have been superbly amazing! I am so impressed with the efficiency, email replies (almost immediate) and great service as well as refund on my account, when renting out and moving elsewhere. Even helping me decide who the new supplier was to my area. (Sadly NOT Leeps!). Very professional, so friendly and clearly excellent at your role Hannah. When going to the website I cannot log in meaning I can't get view statements. In 4 months I've never reveieved a statement I set up a direct debit this has never been set up. Unfortuantly I'm unable to change suppliers or I would. Avoid

AVOID this “company”. They sent me bills for the wrong meter number for a year, my water bill was very high (£300 for 2 months) I sent them several e-mails asking them why is it so high. They didn’t even try to find out, just offering a direct debit to clear my “debt”. Then months later I found out INSTEAD of them the serial number of the water meter is not even mine… Nobody took care about it. Now I have a huge overpayment and they doesn’t take the responsibility. My housing association clearly said to find the exact serial number of the water meter is the water supplier’s responsibility.
