I spoke to a lovely lady called Jadine I have learning difficulties and bad mental health and she was carm with me she explained things to me in a way I can understand what she means she was amazing had a lot of patience with me I am so grateful and very much appreciate her help thank u jadine I hope u get a chance to read this
