Outstanding Customer Service from Michelle at Leep Utility I recently noticed an increase in my monthly direct debit and called Leep Utility for clarification. I have used Leep Utilities from the beginning of this year and I would say I have consistently received top notch customer service. I make a call to get queries and I get resolutions in the shortest possible time. This afternoon, Jessica attended to me on some queries I needed and within seconds she sorted me out. I was shocked to find out today that my water bill has increased by nearly 60% from last year - up from £27pm to £50pm. I find that difficult to understand considering our consumption has barely changed. In the context of a cost of living crisis, I find this unjustifiable.
