From my initial contact with Leep Utilities (Fiona) when I had a query on excessive water usage, I was offered constructive advice on how to determine the source of a leak. On second and subsequent contacts the customer service agent (Hannah) was extremely helpful, patient and supportive resolving a stressful situation and put into place account management settings to assist going forward. I could not have wished for a more proactive and positive experience, thank you.
