I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

I ordered a Lebara SIM to use in a mobile broadband router but couldn't make it work. I contacted helpline and it soon became clear that the service I required wasn't supported by the Lebara SIM and the agent (Chinmaya) promptly arranged a refund.
