mobile plan
I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

Think again before using this poor…
Think again before using this poor company. I switched to Lebara based on promises of great service — unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I recently returned from a trip to Italy, and while I was there, I was unable to make any phone calls back to the UK. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t get the service to work, leaving me completely cut off, unable to make landline calls back to the UK. Lebara will leave you to fend for yourself. I tried contacting customer support several times, but the operators were unhelpful and clearly unsure of how to resolve the issue. I felt abandoned at a time when I needed a reliable connection. Lebara has proven to be poor at delivering service abroad, and in my experience, they’re more interested in taking your money than providing the support you need. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need dependable mobile service, especially while travelling.
