I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

Lebara so far have been great. I've had a chat with a couple of different agents now and they have all been really helpful and you are always connected to an agent quickly. Just today I have had help from Selvaraj. Their deals seem great too and I will be recommending the company!
Today I contacted lebara customer care regarding re activate my SIM card with my same previous sim No.because My phone was stealen by a theive.so I spoked to Staff Atharva and he helped me a lot in a professional manner

I wanted to swap between 30 day and 12 month plan - website wasn't clear that you have to cancel the 30 day one before you can swap to 12cmonth. Nagmukesh resolved very quickly.
Had a frustrating data roaming issue in Prague with my Lebara SIM—stuck on EDGE despite it working fine before. Customer service walked me through various fixes (APN tweaks, network resets), but it only resolved after escalating to the tech team for a backend reset. Shubham Suryawanshi was helpful and followed up promptly, though it felt a bit cheeky when he mentioned expecting a “positive review” on the call. Overall, glad it’s sorted—decent support, but could do without the nudge. 4/5 stars.
I was using data faster than I thought and was running low, a quick chat with Shubhangi A at Lebara and my account was upgraded at NO EXTRA COST. Just fantastic service as always, I have been with Lebara for maybe 5 years and so has my wife, never any problems at all. Why can't all telecom companies operate like this?
