I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

If they had -1 I would have used it. Worse mobile network company ever! I gave them my PAC number which they couldn’t set up 2 days later which was the 15th July, which was fine as I was going to Italy and thought it will be grand. On the 15th July I didn’t get anything so I waited until the morning of the 16th July still nothing so messaged them on the chat, they told me it would be resolved later on. That evening still nothing, so I messaged them again, they blamed my previous network and said it would be working the next morning. 17th July still nothing. Contacted them again to be told it would be another 24hrs. I asked to speak to a manager, apparently they were all in meetings and would be in them for hours! I have no hope anyone will contact me and no hope that it will be resolved in 24hrs and I will be told to wait another 24hrs. I was told that a complaint was being raised for the inconvenience but I’ve had no communication that it has. Definitely won’t be recommending this mobile company to anyone, highly unprofessional.
I researched for a change in sim only provider and WHICH recommended Lebara. I went with the advice. To my horror I found I had misread when my current contract ended and contacted Lebara to ask if I would be able to cancel my order. The cancellation was done without any issues and the money I had paid up front will be refunded. If this is the level of customer service I look forward to going back when my current contract does end.
My experience was amazing the agent who i chatted with was so helpful, and understanding her name is MAYURI, she was easy to chat with ,especially having a mental illness, she was sympathetic and know how to talk to me , she assisted in calming me down as I was worried that maybe someone in my flat hv taken my sim card, Mayuri requested another one for me. Thank you Lebara for having such a great staff.
