I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

Correspondence/communication with the student consultant is a concern

Hi , decide to enquiry a project manager course , after speaking half hour on the phone , was pressure to sign straight away , something I didn't appreciate it as is an expensive investment of money and time, said I needed more time and to speak with my family to check If was the right move , once I was contacted again , informed rycee about my decision of not persuaing the course that was being sold to me by the phone and instead try and do a university course . At this point was confronted and the tonne changed to a confrontation speech and a condescending and rude tonne that I didn't appreciate and found it offensive . Note for the future ,If someone decides not to purchase your courses , don't mistreated them .

Learning people student care are always so helpful and supportive. They regularly check in to see your progress and even through a period when I was sick and not able to study they checked up on me and my progress. Mikki Dumbrill Was polite and very helpful helped me order the books and also contact the finance team. Great customer service thanks Mikki!

Made an enquiry for price details. The senior career consultant was very helpful and answered all the question I needed. Once I told them I wanted to think about it they kept pushing me to sign up before their deal ends. I explained how I wanted to just hold of until next year and sort stuff out in my personal life first. They compared me to other people that have joined and told me that wasn’t a good reason and told me that the real reason was because I don’t have the courage to do it. 6.5k was the cost of the course and they told me that money shouldn’t be a issue so that’s also not a valid reason to not sign up. Spoke on the phone and listened to them put me down and tell me that my reasons for waiting isn’t valid because I simply wanted to wait for the new year is disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My experience has been great so far, the materials are very detailed but what I dislike most was not getting any encouragement form your team, after I made payment in January and I was setup on the student learning platform, nobody contacted me again until I sent a mail about writing my CompTIA exam, My mentor never messaged me to know how it's going or anything, if not for the monthly direct debit on my account I would not even believe I enrolled for a course. If you can work on following up on your students monthly or regularly it will be great
