Bad customer service
Hi , decide to enquiry a project manager course , after speaking half hour on the phone , was pressure to sign straight away , something I didn't appreciate it as is an expensive investment of money and time, said I needed more time and to speak with my family to check If was the right move , once I was contacted again , informed rycee about my decision of not persuaing the course that was being sold to me by the phone and instead try and do a university course . At this point was confronted and the tonne changed to a confrontation speech and a condescending and rude tonne that I didn't appreciate and found it offensive . Note for the future ,If someone decides not to purchase your courses , don't mistreated them .
