I wish i could give it minus stars
I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

Correspondence/communication with the student consultant is a concern

I have recently completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications and am completing the Agile certification as I write. The Learning People have been supportive throughout my studies and when I went on leave and took a holiday for a month, my Student Care Consultant, Bryce, worked with me to extend my study period to allow me to complete the Agile certification. This is a standard of service and support seldom seen from today's teaching organisations, and I could not recommend The Learning People, any more highly.

Wonderful experience with learning people. Could not pursue it due to personal reasons. Jack really understood my situation and gave additional help in getting me suitable payment options. Hope to get back soon on this track if I can. Keep up the great work…

The resources they provide via Percipio are good. PDFs of books, videos, mini tests for each module also mock examinations. The agents check in every now and then to see if you ready to take your exams. The only area I believe they lack is student support, as a student who has ADHD and dyslexia I struggled to keep up with studies. Even when we came up with solutions to help. The agents were not consistent with weekly check-ins and the resources they provided were quite poor (e.g. weekly study planner grid; if I can I'll attach the the document they sent. Quite poorly made) I would only recommend this course to anyone who is really good at independent study and absorbs information quite easily, because when it comes to providing accessibility assistance and screening students who may need it, they fail. Imagine paying £60 a month for 3 years (still paying it off until this day) to only have access to resources and unlimited exam retakes for a year. And you have to complete 3 courses in a year. In my case it was CompTIA+, Network+ and Office. I'll let the public decide if that's good deal or unrealistic and shooting yourself in the foot.

The Learning People is really fantastic. They provided valuable resources for me to pass my S+ exam with ease. Both the Student Care and the Career teams showed real interest and willingness to help. Notable among them are Steve Dhiman and Marisha Bashi who have been of great help in my career change; regularly providing quality feedbacks and relevant information.

The company was supportive of my learning and I particularly found my student care consultant very helpful. There is a time lag with some aspects of communication due to the company being global. For example, I'm in NZ and to get an exam code ordered, they would need to request it from the UK (took between 1-5 days to action). While completing the PRINCE2 Foundation, Practitioner & Prince2 Agile certifications, the online course content was well presented and easy to follow. Great to see how far I had progressed as I went through the content. Only a digital copy of the book was provided for the Practitioner exam and a hard copy was sent for the Prince2 Agile.

I was phoned by learning people. They assured me that 100 hours training would open up new avenues to me. Charged £3195. Given £400 off. "Hurry signing promotion ends soon" - disclosed financial situation...advised to seek a family member to use their name for the credit (over 3 years). Took a day thinking time. Found all 4 courses they offered are free and accessible to all online. I was being pushed into a credit agreement, the caller suggested using a family members' name to gain the credit to fund the courses. I was told exam costs were in their hundreds ..all these are free also. Please take the time to research. I nearly fell for their clever sales tactics. Reality here...offered 4 FREE courses & 4 FREE exams for £2795 if I signed up within 3 days.

My experience with learning people was a remarkable one. The process from registration was really smooth and staff are patient and helpful. I particularly want to acknowledge the effort of Mikki Dumbrill towards my success. He is simply amazing.
