I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

Congratulations to me and of course, to LearningPeople. I passed the CompTiA A+ (Core 1) at the first attempt! Thanks to Mikki Dumbrill (my consultant) who after listening to me on my IT journey, my job experience, where I was at and where I hoped to be, counselled and encouraged me that I might want to consider the CompTIA A+ certification as a starting point, and to StudentCare for the guidance, learning materials, resources and support received through the whole process. When necessary, they reached out either through telephone or email. Thank you. Contrary to what the exam prep questions might have you believe, the actual test could be a lot different in presentation and so may appear tougher especially when you factor in the nerve-racking examination condition, at least from my perspective and experience. I didn’t see it coming. it took me a while to understand the exam simulation for the PBQs on the test day. But fortunately, I studied and prepared for suitability for Support Tech job and not just for the sake of passing the exam. Do not underestimate the actual test. I did not. You will be better for it. A close look at the learning materials and resources used at LearningPeople will show that it is constantly drummed into prospective test takers that you are being trained to be job-ready and not just to pass an exam. Of particular note is the "CompTIA A + Complete Study Guide, 5th edition" by Quentin Docter and Jon Buhagiar. It was an invaluable piece of learning material for me. Make it your companion. I even ordered a hard copy. Aside from that, research deeper into concepts that appear hazy for better understanding. It will help you. Few weeks to my intended date of taking the test, StudentCare sent me an email containing a guide as to what I ought to do prior to taking the test, what I needed to have covered and how to better prepare for the exam using a systematic approach of crossing out what I already knew and instead concentrating more on what needed attention as a last-minute check. That was very helpful. My advice. Do not be in a hurry to take the tests. I have a professional background in IT Support Tech and yet it took about 5 months of intensive study and learning before I felt confident to attempt it. Wish me luck on my Core 2 exam (I estimate I would be ready in 3 months) as I wish all prospective test takers success. Best wishes, Uzomechina Nj

Since I first put my email address on their website it has been brilliant. I’ve been dealing with Jack Shoebridge and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He keeps me up to date with everything I need. It has been such a smooth process. I couldn’t be happier. If you really want to dedicate the time and hard work to learning something that could change your life, I would definitely recommend the learning people.

TLP are very easy to deal with and the course was pretty much what it says on the box. Before I undertook the course I had some pretty bespoke expectations which were honoured. My Student care facilitators were real people - they understand what is involved in this journey and offer assistance whenever approached. To sum up why I rate TLP highly: My license came to an end in August 2022. By this time I had passed 2 out of 3 certificates, but floundered at the last certification. I procrastinated taking the re-sit. To make matters worse I was part of a drawn out re-structure with a second child on the way. The re-sit option (very handy) allowed me to postpone the exam right until Aug'23 by which time I had to take the exam. 2 days before the test I decided to give TLP a call to see if they could help me prepare for this exam by giving me access to the test simulator for 1 day. It took one phone call and within 3 minutes of the call the Student Care Consultant I spoke to (Jess) had spoken to her manager who graciously agreed to provide me access a whole year after my license had expired to help me pass the exam. Needless to say they also gave me access to course content right up until exam time, which helped me have a structured approach to my preparation (new portal and course content looks bloody brilliant btw). The 2 exam simulators at the end gave me the exact range of score I could expect with my preparation and lo! I was able to approach and clear the final certification exam with confidence. I highly doubt if I'd have been as successful without TLP's timely intervention. Thank you Learning People, I really felt supported and enabled throughout my journey with you.

The learning tools are very good, which are the modules and video class room sessions.
