Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Loved it 🤓
Loved it, easy to follow and really enjoyed the one to one guidance from my tutor, Carly Woodhouse. Super encouraging and helpful and linked some great info in her feedback. I have already looked at courses to do next time haha. I have two children (1 and 3yo), and I am currently studying for my MEd, so perhaps it was a little silly to add this on to my plate. But I found the content extremely relevant to my parenting, my teaching and my studying so I am really glad to have done it and it was incredibly insightful and easy to digest and follow.

After two years I still didn't received…
After two years we still hadn't received our qualifications. each time they asked us to show proof of our study, they didn't keep the record. We studied counselling level 2 and well-being. We did a face-to-face study in two different locations in London for two courses and several learning curve employees visited us, how do they have no records? Yesterday I wrote to another advisor and he said the same things, I sent some proof of my work and the contact number of the person who registered us but he said this is not enough ???
