Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

A great learning experience
It was great learning via LCG . The course content was very interesting , informative and helpful.It was quite easy to follow the syllabus online and submit answers. The instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. The customer service team and the tutors were also very helpful especially around extending deadlines to submit assignments. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I would highly recommend the LCG group for online learning.

I learned so much ........
I learned so much and it also reminded me of things I had forgotten. It has helped me in my caring role so many times already! I am now considering doing level 3 but I need a break from studying right now as I have not done anything like this really, since leaving college which is far too many years ago! I didn't realise there would be deadlines for assignments but it was useful being able to extend the date although I actually ended up completing the course early
