Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices

I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing

My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

So brilliant course

So brilliant course and great group to learn with. Lots of guidance after each section was submitted. Really benefitted me and my family and learnt a lot. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I found the actual course software so annoying when it would constantly ask (every few minutes) are you still there, are you still learning. There were quite a few times when I was in the middle of typing and that would come up and if I didn’t press the right button quick enough it lost all my work for that section. If that could be improved it would be brilliant.
