Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices

I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing

My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Genuine and reliable

I finished a Level 2 Introduction to coding. The enrolment was easy and fast, the course offered me all the information needed for a beginner. The platform was easy to use and the staff and tutor were very helpful. Thank you very much. Raluca Buruiana

Level 2 understanding Autism

Great information with different learning styles. Good support for dyslexic people. Friendly and flexible with coursework when needed extension. Downside was that my equipment wasn’t compatible with the software for the course. How to do it twice as no way to transfer it from word.

Amazing staff

i enrolled on the domestic abuse course and have made good progress on it since enrolling, i wouldn't have been able to enrol without the help of Catherine Whitehead, she was extremely helpful and assisted me with the whole thing, explained the whole process of learning and was amazing throughout! i cant wait to do more courses in the future!!!

Reliable courses

The process is straight forward. The only thing I would change is the interface of the classes. The slides should take bigger part of the screen as reading them and completing tasks is tiring for eyes.
