Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Gets Better Every Time
I have done 10 of these courses, and this latest one, L2 Principles in Cyber Security, has been the best so far. The LMS is fast and intuitive, the materials are easy to read, and the tutor support by Lauren C was excellent. I can only marvel at her knowledge and patience with me. Thanks, Lauren! Thanks, LCG!

Useful course with lots of support to complete
Learning curve guided me through the process and the course content was really useful and relevant. The way the assignments were constructed meant there was a practical use to the content. The course tutor gave plenty of support with it all as well. Thank you

The whole experience was good from enrolling to completing the course. I enjoyed doing the questions and the literature in the work books was quite comprehensive. It was so good that I have enrolled onto another course. All the staff were very friendly and helpful keep the good work up.

Perfect for gaining an official qualification but also genuinely educational
Easy to enrol, plenty of information on the course, and liked the fact the assignments stretch you further to look up & refer to additional resources Perfect for getting an official qualification to reflect my years of different experience (which I'll be using in volunteering) but it also teaches you new things/gets you to look at issues from a different viewpoint

Excellent study material, giving in-depth knowledge
The study material including the course structure is well thought about. Gives an in-depth knowledge of the course subject/topics. After completion of the 3 assessments, it has broaden my knowledge on Lean Management Techniques. Hoping it will help me in applying the learning in a manufacturing industry job.
