Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

The level 3 counselling course I…
The level 3 counselling course I completed was very interesting and enjoyable. Tutor Lee was very good and helpful with feedback. However, I found out that the course is invalid and I am now unable to progress to a level 4 course. I've been informed that I will have to pay again to attend a tutor led course. Very disappointed is an understatement. A waste of my time and my money.

I learned new information on Arrays and fundamental data. Arrays are used in programming languages and applications. The course explains many other topics and teaches coding is not one job it is many, and has lots of programming languages about 25, however, I am sure they will be more.
