I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.
Easy to use, all information you need is provided. Lots of payment methods

I enjoyed doing my course and have learned a lot from it. The website was easy to use. I did have a few personal setbacks though and I asked for an extension, which was granted to me with no problems at all. The staff at Learning Curve were always very understanding of my situation, whilst being helpful and polite. I had a lovely tutor, Lauren Crawford, whom nothing was too much trouble for. She was supportive, encouraging and patient with me all the way through, gave me great feedback with lots of detail and guidance and I found her to be very intelligent. I would definitely encourage anyone else to study with Learning Curve whilst hoping to get the same tutor that I did.

Dreadful company I filled in an online form to see if I was eligible for funding - it said I was and I had to fill an application form in. I stated the form and it crashed so I left it as I researched about the course and found out after level 2 counselling skills is being withdrawn from online providers. This is why I thought it had crashed and I never heard anything. Then a couple days later had an email saying I had to do a teams call with a tutor that night at 6pm which was madness as I never finished the application - had no assessment to see if I was able to do it and no emails to say that they’d received my application, I don’t even get home from work until 7pm so how can I do a teams call that night - this was 4.30 pm I had read was my call slot was at 6pm? Then a tutor called Zoe sent me an email saying I have to start the course I need to do induction and assessment in the next 6 DAYS !!! I emailed her said I hadnt had any email to say I had been accepted etc Her reply has made me feel really stressed, she’s saying I have to do the assessment and the course or I have to pay a admin fee ? I had explained I’m not doing the course as it crashed etc and I never had a welcome email so that’s seemingly shows me I wasn’t enrolled. How can a tutor tell me I have to pay she’s not even employed by The learning curve and I’ve not even been on the course at all & I had non link to do it until she emailed me days after I filled in the application that crashed. Also it’s advertised as 17 weeks I’d have to do the course then I am told now it’s 6.5 weeks ? I also have to do an assessment which is always done before the application is approved to see if your English and maths is okay to be able to do it. I’ve not had a welcome email from them only a blunt unfriendly tutor email telling me I have to pay ? This is terrible administration and I feel very uncomfortable around these people they seem to just be trying to make people pay £125 fees and not caring about their applicants.

I have completed my counselling qualification and I have to say the Learning Curve Group have been brilliant. It was so easy to enrol, the staff were very friendly and supportive, they made adjustments to my learning to make it easier. The opening hours are better than a normal college, and they responded incredibly quickly if I contacted them. I was assigned a brilliant tutor called Andrea, she had absolutely loads of experience in the counselling field, she provided me with incredibly useful, insightful and constructive feedback, deepening my learning. She responded very quickly for any queries, she marked my assignments incredibly quickly but you could tell she had looked in depth at all my work. She provided great guidance for each unit so I understood all the questions. Overall, this has been a brilliant experience and I'm very proud of myself.
