Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

The level 3 online Counselling Course…
The level 3 online Counselling Course was easy to navigate and the workbook was very helpful Also my tutor, Andrea Bartlett gave me such useful feedback and also advice as to how progress from now in my journey to becoming a counsellor (which has been further inspired by this course) Andrea also provided excellent guidance as to what was expected for every assessment Highly recommended!!

I learned Loads!!!
I enjoyed the course. You have to be very motivated for self learning and the offer of support for my dyslexia came right at the end. that was not helpful as I was unable to get my assisted technology to work with the system. (How do i get my certificate?)
