Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Outstanding. I completed an L3 is Counselling Skills and the learning journey was a very positive experience. Andrea has been very supportive and offered useful feedback in addition to additional learning material via links. If anyone is contemplating taking the leap I would thoroughly recommend they do so. Peter Tonks has helped me tremendously from the start of the APM project manager course, even after the end of the course he still supported me prepare for a interview I had, even on the days he had annual leave he took a hour out of his time he helped me prepare. I managed to the get the job and the end. Thank you!

Good and Bad.
Feedback was delivered promptly, but at times could be developed further. For example a comment saying resubmission, doesn't tell me what is good or bad about my answer. I think the workbooks should be smaller as more then one unit was in the book and the submission timeframes didn't reflect the amount of work needed.
