They were very professional, knowledgeable,and explained everything. Patrick the installer went above and beyond to make everything neat and cleaned every thing up beautifully.

My installer Connor was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. He was clear in what he was doing, checked in when I asked, and was very helpful throughout the process when I had questions. He was very neat, kept everything clean, and was also very clear during our wrap up and gave me all the information I needed. Absolutely an asset to this company worth keeping at all costs.

Got to say the installer Jeremy not only did he do a professional install but there was such a roadblock in his way he stood up to the challenge and achieved it with great results. Now for the final results for the system after 4 days of running water shows great results in softening, quality and taste. The RO systems have definitely lowered the TDS in the water.

The representative came out within 24 hours of our contact and explained the system, tested our water and gave us a proposal which was a little higher than we were ready for. He contacted the manager and came back with a proposal that was acceptable and within 6 hours the system was in and working. The technician who installed it did a great job and fully explained the operation and gave me his direct phone number should we have any problems. Hats off to Jesus Torres our installer.

Jeremy was a great person to deal with. He was very outgoing and wanting to do 150%. He has super great customer service and very positive attitude. This job took 7 1/2 hours but he still had a smile on his face till the end. I would 100% recommend Jeremy for any job. He was the best customer service person I have had for a long time. Brad was very knowledgeable about installing and explaining how the system works. Took his time to show me everything. It was a pleasure to watch him work. Could not ask for a better technician. Would highly recommend him.

Ken Dehon responded to my estimate request and was very thorough and well informed in the product and testing. He was very professional and communicated well in answering all my questions and concerns. I was very please that the installation could be done the very same day by Damian Pardillo who was also punctual and well informed. He accomplished his task efficiently and cleaned up the work space when done. He also did a good answering my questions and was thorough in running through the readouts, what to expect and the type of salt and amount that needed to be added and when. Thank for a job well done. Happy Customer Garrett Britt was my salesman, he did a phenomenal job convincing me of the water treatment system I purchased. Patrick was the service Technicial who carefully and neatly installed my whole house water treatment system. I noticed the improvement right away.

Sales representative was awesome. He knew his product and communicated well. And then, we had it installed. A total nightmare ensued that took over 2 months and 2 missed days from work to get corrected. Now we learn that this filter does not remove Arsenic. Very disappointing. I should have done more research but hopefully others can learn from my mistake. Also, I asked for them to come out to test my water to see if the filter is working correctly and they want me to pay for a Service Call. Instead, I am going to have one of their competitors come test my water for free. I might just be motivated to remove this whole mess from under my sink before they tell me it's time to buy a new filter. Overall, just disappointing.

Patrick was the sales rep who gave me a very thorough explanation of what is in my water and how to resolve the problems and meet my goals for a healthier whole home water system. Kenny and Ekaba came right on time a day after buying the system. They text me they were on the way and were very professional, fast, and went the extra mile. Very happy with my experience and can’t wait for the peace of mind of having healthy water. All representatives were wonderful!

One star review only because Zero stars is not possible. I canceled my contract with them within NC 3 day contract cancellation requirements in February 2025 (provided to me by Leaf Home Water Solutions sales person) and have not received a refund in a timely manner. I have contacted them multiple times, have recently made a BBB complaint, and am seeking other redress. Since February when the contract was canceled, they have not provided a refund as required by law, and it is now mid-May. It is my opinion that nobody should do business with Leaf Home Water Solutions. It is my opinion that their business practices do not conform to NC law, that they are unresponsive, dishonest, and they are illegally retaining nearly $9,000 of my money after multiple contacts and attempts to collect. All communication has been initiated by me, and I have never received a response by e-mail or even a returned call after multiple complaints, although they promised each time that I would receive a return call by the end of the day. They have never followed through on promises to contact me.

I saw article in the community advertisement and called Leaf Filter Water Solutions in South Florida. My well water was coming out the faucets was yellow due to my well. I’ve had several local well water repair personnel to sell me Charcoal softener systems and until I had Mr David Jurado, salesperson from Leaf Home to explain and show me the samples that he took from my water from the faucets and all the high contents of Nitrate, copper, iron Ferric and etc. David was very professional and experienced and knowledgeable. The technician came the next day to complete installment of the system. I would recommend this company to everyone, wether your on city water or well water. Thank you David for your expertise and concern for my water purification out put.
