Patrick was great at installing the water softener and reverse osmosis. I was nervous that we would have a big hole going from our pantry into our garage. The hole was less than an inch and filled with very neatly placed tube he did a wonderful job. He told me he was a professional and he was right!!! I highly recommend this company and Patrick. Josh and his partner did great with testing the water and explaining what was in it. Sorry I don’t remember his partners name but they were both very professional and educational. Thank you all for your service.

If I could give them no star, I would. They lied about what the system would do and then have terrible customer service. Good luck getting a hold of a person who can truly help you. I called the customer service number and got a scheduler who scheduled someone to come out TWICE and no one showed up. I finally got a someone here and they proved the system is not helping my water one bit. It is still very salty and tastes terrible. Despite the test results proving the system is bunk, I have not been successful yet in getting a refund and the system removed. The one guy I can get a hold of just keeps telling me different excuses (recent change in leadership, management only makes decisions on certain days, lost my claim on a regional level, etc.) I still have hope they will remove the system and refund my money. I'm a single mom. I didn't really have the money to spend in the first place but I needed good water for myself and my kids. I have been buying my water for months now....all the while having the Leaf System sitting in my basement doing nothing. Update- proposed resolution was to try to sell me an at-cost reverse osmosis system so my water would taste better. Um. No. So I have to spend more money so my water is good to drink which is what the first system was supposed to do. I’m so frustrated.

This company is awful! I had my system put in and the part under the sink never worked so they came and removed it. They made a leak and my sink and ruined everything under there. The outside unit don’t work either! My water is still yellow staining. We have been dealing with this since October it’s now April. No one calls us back! Terrible service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Sending me to collections for crap that don’t work!!!!

My experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions awesome! Matt, the service technician was informative and he answered my questions. He made sure that my water lines were clean. The sales person (Patrick) was knowledgeable, understood what I was looking to accomplish and understood the importance of keeping to my budget. The person who installed the system (Kenny) was very professional, friendly and clearly demonstrated exactly how everything worked.

Seen ad on Facebook and put in for a “FREE” water test, so scheduled that on a reasonable day ,and a gentleman named Danile came to our home and did a few look arounds and tested the water , the results was hard water ,chlorine was high , the visit was short and simple I then closed on the deal with Danile and his boss once I got approved wasn’t long after came the installation we were able to work out a date that worked for our schedule the installation was fast and clean . We are very happy to have this installed and can’t wait to see the difference in the water at our home we thank you very much !

We are still waiting to hear back from Brian Bunnell - Operations Manager and Cory Parker- Indiana manager on the insurance claim they said they file on our behalf due to water damage caused by poor installation.

Great job, jacob booth was very professional and had excellent service. Made everything nice and neat and he took his time and made it look great.

I called in for an estimate. Adam came out the same day and by day 2 ,my system was installed! And best of all it is a USA based and manufactured company!

Harold arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation of the existing system. He then went right to work installing our new Sim1.0 system. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

1. The sales staff was professional, conducted a thorough evaluation of then home water system, recommended the proper solutions for our water issues, never attempted to upsell or pressure us. 2. Dan our installer was on time, knowledgeable, professional, showed us how our system works, gave us good information about how to get the best performance from our new home water system. Answered all our questions and was very positive about the performance of the system he was installing.

Patrick did a great job installing our water sofner system and our reverse osmosis system! Great communications with us and explained everything well. Give him a raise!
