I like the product. I don’t like how I was told it would be $17,000 only to end up paying $4,800. I did however enjoy Brenton Turner the installer. Professional, courteous, and got the job done fast considering the circumstances. He was great.

We had Karlton come to our house to sell us a water solution system. He explained it as if leaf home were the inventors of the catalytic carbon system. I wish I had done my research as this is far from true. He also explained that most systems are down-flow, this is also false as most cheaper systems are the same. I am now seeing a similar softener online for under $600 with an ability to add a reverse osmosis system for an additional $300 which is significantly cheaper than the single carbon softener they installed for $3680!!! This company scams, I rarely trust people that do not publicly post pricing and now I never will. I want them to come pick up their filtration system. The crazy part is the consult and install all happened within 24 hours of each other. Now that we have an issue they cannot even address it until late next week!

On April 2, 2025, a salesman named Roger Bacon from Leaf Home Water Solutions visited my father’s home. My father made it very clear that he wanted a water filtration system that would make his tap water safe for drinking—comparable to or better than bottled water. He emphasized that he expected all water in the home (sinks, showers, etc.) to test below 40 TDS, which he considers safe. Roger Bacon explicitly promised the system he was selling would do exactly that. He said, “You’ll never have to buy bottled water again,” and assured us that both drinking and shower water would test below 40 TDS. Based on those promises, my father agreed to purchase the system. Immediately after installation, my father texted Roger to confirm whether the water was now safe to drink. Twice, he replied simply: “Yes.” However, when we tested the water ourselves, TDS levels were still over 450, the same as before installation. When confronted, the salesman responded with “wow?” and vaguely claimed the system might “take time.” He delayed any real response until the 3-day cancellation window had closed—a delay we believe was intentional. Weeks later, a manager admitted (on a recorded call) that the installed system was only a water softener, not a filtration system, and that only a reverse osmosis (RO) system could reduce TDS to drinkable levels. He also mentioned that Roger Bacon was new. Despite this, the same salesman later tried to upsell my father a separate RO unit for $1,800. This is a textbook bait-and-switch, and it targeted a senior citizen. The misinformation was not only unethical—it could have been dangerous. Had my father trusted their word and consumed the water, it could have impacted his health. Even the contract refers to a “water filtration system,” not a softener—further proof that my father was misled. After numerous calls and being bounced between reps, a regional manager told us “nothing can be done” because a contract was signed. That is unacceptable. No contract should protect a company from being held accountable for misleading, high-pressure, and potentially harmful sales tactics. I urge others—especially seniors and caregivers—to avoid this company unless and until it takes meaningful responsibility for its practices.

Salesman pressured me into a system that I am not sure we got after install. Salesman said my whole house filter was for ten years, installer said it was for 7. Installer rushed through the job, left work area very messy, installed new water lines above outlet which is not to code. Installer hooked fridge to Reverse osmosis system and now fridge dispenses water very very slowly. Installer made me sign a form stating I was pleased with the work done. I am not pleased with the work done. They need to come back and correct the issues.

The sales guy was professional and really seemed to care. He listened to our concerns and customized our setup. He was not pushy about items that weren't necessary for our location. He did not use high pressure tactics. We had issues with the financing at first also, but they really pulled through, and found a way for us to get the set up we have been wanting. 5 Stars all day. Would recommend!

My installer, Brian Norris was outstanding. He worked into the evening installing the system. Through no fault of his own, he had to come back the next morning. He was extremely professional and made us feel as if we were very valued clients. I would highly recommend Leaf Home Water and Brian to anyone at all.

I purchased my Leaf Home Water Solutions filtration system on May 29. It was installed on May 31. My review follows: 1. The turnaround time from purchase to install was remarkable. 2. Connor, my Service Technician, could not have been more delightful. He was personable, prompt, courteous, competent, knowledgeable, patient and he left no debris behind. This was the best service installation that I have experienced in my lifetime. Thank you Connor for showing up on a Saturday and performing your work masterfully. 3. The water quality is better than I had anticipated. The reverse osmosis system attached to my sink faucet and refrigerator produces the cleanest water that I have ever tasted. The water quality of the carbon filter system is amazing…my hair and skin feel much softer, my dishes get cleaner, my clothing is brighter, all while using less shampoo, soap and detergent…and I am only 4 days into this experience. I highly recommend this product, especially in light of the quality of the technicians that this company has hired.

Our installer Mike was professional, courteous and friendly. He arrived on time and the installation time was within the estimated allotted time. Everything was cleaned up and the installation looks very professional. The installation I am very satisfied with the entire system.

We just got our system installed on 5/29. We got a reverse osmosis system. When she did her sales pitch she said the system would remove everything down to 5 pct. It does NOT. We have the same hand held tester that she used. The readings on the faucet are in the 120+ range. The ha d held readings are in the 250+ range. I called customer service on day 4 and told them I wanted the system removed and a refund. The ONLY remedy offered was inspection and repair. Definitely should have done more research into this company. BEWARE!! You have nor recourse if you aren't satisfied.

Installation was quick and easy to setup. Our service tech, Rob, was friendly and personable.

System is worse than one it replaced. I now have rust build up on toilets and tub. Called and techs never really fix problem, they just test water and say it is fine. Had several techs out since the February 4th install. One said system was jeopardized and needed to be replaced but wasn't. Spent over $5,000 for a system that is worse than the one it replaced. Horrible service and system.

I had been struggling with city water and the overwhelming smell of chlorine in my water for years, finally decided to start the process of getting quotes for home water filtration systems...Thats where Trevor and Tony from Leaf Home water solutions come in. Trevor was amazing he never once made us feel like he was pushing off the product just to "make a profit". He took his time did every water test right infront of us and explain what each test was and what the numbers meant. needless to say the amount of chlorine in our water was that of a public swimming pool!! After going over all the results Trevor told us what he recommended would be best and let us choose what we wanted. He Recommended a combo but we chose to just go with what we could afford and he never tried to oversell us on anything else. Fast forward to installation which literally was the next Moring where Tony was prompt on time, super polite and extremely fast with the install...less than an hour to be exact. Overall id definitely recommend Leaf home solutions for all your water needs!
