The installer (Pablo D) was very knowledgeable, efficient, explained how everything worked, overall just a great person. The sales person (Charlie) also a great guy explained what was involved in the process of getting a new water system at a fair price. I'm really pleased with the system.

Leaf home made our water solution process so quick and easy! Lindsy was our sales rep and she was amazing! She was so sweet and professional! She made all of the information and options easy to understand so we could make informed decisions.

We bought the carbon filter, water softener, and r/o pure water on Friday, and they called to schedule the installation on Saturday. The Installer, Brenton Turner, was very friendly, and professional. The removal and installation were very smooth.

We had the Leaf water system installed on November 7,2023 and we had problems as soon as April 2024, as the regeneration was not working properly. The technician came out and said he could find nothing wrong. It happened again throughout 2024 and in February 2025, I called to schedule an appointment and they said the warranty was not current and I would be charged $125, which I paid. The tech said there was a valve in our water line which needed to be replaced. We replaced the valve for $400 and still the problem persisted. As of July , I have had to recharge our system every two to three days and I have another appointment for Tuesday, 7/15/25. I am not hopeful and want others to know how ineffective and unreliable the Leaf Water System has been for us. The warranty for other softener companies is 5 -7 years and does not require the $125 charge after one year. I am going to switch softener companies if this visit, (which costs us another $125) does fix the problem. I believe the problem is the timer or brine tank, but the "technicians" say they are fine.

Our water tastes better. The technician was great and salesman was responsive.

James Ochs came to our home on 7/9/25 and tested our water. We knew we had problems and needed to get solutions. We already had a reverse osmosis , but it needed replaced, also we needed a water softener for the chemicals in our well water. We had a system put in on 7/10/25 by Wyatt Sell. I had an inspection conducted by Jeremiah at my house, and found out that my water was not as clean as I expected. I purchased the carbon filter tank, and Victor came out the next day and installed it. Both were very professional and were experts in their jobs! Thank you!

Put this system in two yrs ago and was given a bunch of lies. Service is horrible. I have a leak in the system that sprayed all over the garage wall. I had to go to the bypass which is now running rust water thru all my new appliances, toilets, sinks, drinking water and laundry. Sales rep told us if a situation came up for a repair they would be out within 24 hrs. I have been trying for 5 days to get a repair done and cannot even get a call back. Wish I had never put this system in. Ready to rip it off tye wall and get a different system

Ryan, who is not a salesman, stopped by and talked to me about my concerns and needs. He tested my water and discussed the results with me. He made suggestions based on my needs and concerns. He worked with me to get me installation in a timely manner, a great discount, and has been available for questions throughout the process. Mike was the installer. He was punctual, fast, friendly, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He took care to not damage anything and cleaned up after himself. He also made a few suggestions for things I could do to prevent issues with my AC unit based on observations. He didn't have to take the time to help me prevent damage to my HVAC system. I highly recommend this company.

We had a whole-home solution installed in our house in RiverSea Plantation in Bolivia, NC. last week. The installer, Jason, was everything I expected: prompt, courteous, professional. His installation was quick, thorough and he kept us informed and instructed every step of the way, seeking and incorporating our input with each decision. Our sales engineer, CJ, took the perfect approach when I solicited a quote for a system for our house. He determined our "needs" first, through testing and environmental factors, then discussed our "wants" and what Leaf Home solution would best deliver those. An entirely pleasant and productive experience.

Well, I was told by the sales person to let the system run for six weeks and then they would come back to show me the difference in the clarity of the water when I contacted you, you said there would be a charge. Why is that? I deserve to see the water I’m drinking versus what I had.

Unfortunately that was a big mistake dealing with Leaf Water Solutions. Let me explain why. When I signed contract I was told that water filters I can purchase for $10 each and install by myself. Unfortunately for me that was a lie. I called yesterday to Leaf Home and they told me that the only way to replace water filters I need to order maintenance service from them only. There’s no way you can buy water filters from anywhere else but only from them with service for a fee. If I don’t have any problems with system but need to purchase water filters only. They never told me that I’ll have to pay maintenance fee every year. But when I call maintenance department I was told it is in the contract. If it is , why your sales person, technician never told me about this scam but they told me that I can purchase filters for $10 each and install by myself . Also I was requesting to talk to the manager (05/27/2025) but the agent told he has funeral and he will call me back next week Monday. Today is almost one week and still no call from manager.

On time, very professional, thorough and friendly. Explained the workings of everything installed and how to operate the system. Very neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

We now have soft, tasteless, odorless, clear water. Best decision ever.

Mark did a great job explaining everything in a way that was incredibly easy to understand. He was consistently honest and helpful. Mark was efficient with his work and did an amazing job!

They replaced my old system and this one is worse. Rust in toilets, sinks, tubs, shower heads, and dishwasher is no longer working properly. Seven (7) techs have come out to service system, one saying that the system is compromised and needs a whole replacement. Still calling and trying to have it replaced or to put our old system back up and not be billed for this piece of crap they put in here.
