Impossible to get a refund
Impossible to get a refund. We were unable to travel due to an expired passport. Contacted customer services and was told there was nothing they could do as it was within 12h of travel. A second time Lastminute was contacted and promised to send me a quote for a refund, they sent me an email saying they've provided a quote, but upon clicking it said they require more information and I need to speak to customer services. Third attempt I contacted customer services and they told me they'd provide another quote for a refund that has to be accepted within one hour once received but wouldn't tell me when it would be sent. Second email received saying your quote is now ready, upon clicking it says I need to speak to customer services. I would not recommend this company and instead suggest you book directly with hotels and airlines,all of which said they were unable to help as I had booked with Lastminute and would have to sort with Lastminute instead, who, as above, are useless
