Think twice before using
The Last minute.com website removed my husband as the named driver. I paid extra for full waiver. I contacted you immediately, you confirmed you would change name of driver with rental company and didn’t. When we arrived they charged us another £200. Waiver insurance. The car was so badly damaged it had to be returned before we even got on the motorway, the rental company you used was Record Go. The travel lodge at Barbere del Vallés Barcelona, was riddled with mould, along the walls and in the bathroom, the bath had damage and it looked like they had put tippex over it, the toilet had a crack in it, the plastic behind the sink had yellow tarnish like a burn mark. The tiles on the wall and floor had damp between each tile. This was not a nice experience, there was no aircon, it blew out warm heat and the room was already hot, we had to have the window open at all times. The window faced the outsider corridor and everyone looked into room as they walked passed. We were put on the 4th floor and I have a fear of heights.
