No response before departure → marked no-show → unacceptable
I contacted lastminute.com THREE DAYS BEFORE my flight departure due to a medical issue and requested reschedule. I received no response. Because of this delay, my flight was marked as no-show. Etihad has confirmed that the travel agent is responsible for handling this case. Despite multiple follow-ups, there is still no response. This is unacceptable service failure. Expect urgent resolution.
