Alles, was wir gebucht hatten (Flug mit einchecken durch lastminute, Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und auch zurück, sowie Hotel) hat hervorragend funktioniert und war ohne Beanstandung. Wir haben beim Hotel sogar noch ein Upgrade beim Zimmer bekommen.

I’ve had a shocking experience trying to cancel my booking. The webpage for connecting to customer care is completely broken—pages either won’t load properly or end up as dead ends. I’ve tried the "live" chat multiple times, but an actual agent never connects. You’re just left staring at a loading screen or a "connecting" message that goes nowhere. I’ve wasted hours trying to reach customer care on the phone but they never respond - waited more than 44 minutes.

I have been trying to Cancel a Hotel stay for over a Week with no success! Not responding to emails and making it extremely difficult to cancel, although the Hotel booking was with free cancellation, They’ll Charge £75 Admin fee. Worst Company ever had to deal with. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Bonjour, Je souhaite partager mon expérience concernant le voyage en avion. Dans l’ensemble, le vol était très agréable : le décollage, le trajet et l’atterrissage se sont très bien passés. Cependant, il y a un problème au niveau de l’organisation des horaires. Il y a systématiquement un retard au départ, d’environ une heure ou une demi-heure. Cela s’est produit aussi bien à l’aller qu’au retour. Merci de votre attention

J’avais louer une voiture à récupérer à l’aéroport, je n’ai pas trouvé l’agence tout de suite et après avoir galéré à la trouver l’hôtesse me dit qu’il est trop tard et que la location est annulée, rien n’est précisé lors de la réservation sur le fait qu’après 1 h la location est perdue…
