The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

What a great team! The team at Keenan’s Burnley have been fantastic! From the outset and approaching them to sell my property they have been informative, professional and supportive. I have been liaising with Chloe in the Burnley office who has been with me every step of step of the way. Would highly recommend for anyone wishing to buy, sell or rent.
From the outset the process of selling my late daughters house was handled to perfection by this most professional company. With the team from Keenans which included James, Aaron, and Nicole who were involved with us from the outset we never at any point doubted that we had made the right choice in picking this company to handle and coordinate the sale. Informed, thorough, enthusiastic, and caring sums up our overall experience in dealing with each of them along the way. Keenans Rochdale couldn’t have been better! Everything from the day we asked for our valuation to the day of completion was really smooth and Ella and all of the team kept us up to date throughout. Special shout out to James who was fantastic and restored our faith that good estate agents do exist! The valuation and viewings were so easy to arrange and he was brilliant at explaining everything. Would definitely recommend!
We viewed a house as first time buyers, we loved the home but as a young couple that’s never looked to purchase a house before, we had a look around briefly and then later that day put an offer in because we loved what we saw! Our offer hadn’t yet been accepted but we called to arrange another viewing to have another look around and explained that we didn’t look properly and wanted to check to see if things were working but were told that they presume things are working as it’s being lived in at the moment and if we wanted another viewing we would have to retract our offer as they want to know we’re ‘serious’ about buying. As first time buyers we weren’t sure of the process and didn’t want to miss out on the house so we stuck with our offer and didn’t view again before our offer was accepted. After speaking to a mortgage advisor, we’ve realised this isn’t standard practice and has resulted in us living in a property we aren’t entirely happy with, one of the issues being damp. If we could have had a look again with others maybe they would have been able to point out signs to us. Really unprofessional and quite upsetting for us now living in a house with problems we can’t afford to fix.
From the experience of selling my mum's house ( which went superbly) I contacted Keenan's super Burnley team to sell my own property with land. Once again the super team of Chloe, jack, Gemma, Lou, Andy, Faye swung into action. What could have been a tricky sale was dealt with professional expertise.
