The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

The service that was provided here was of high standards it was excellent! Alicja went above and beyond to help me with an enquiry I had. She was not only professional but was an extremely lovely girl. She provided me with a lot of useful information and helped me so much. I definitely recommend Keenans estate agents and will definitely be getting in touch again and recommending to my friends and family!
Just wanted to say I can't believe how professional the team at Keenan's were selling my property in great harwood! The property went on the market on the Friday and was sold by Monday after Sophie arranged the viewings and Faye in progression was unbelievable, never had to chase them they always kept me informed!
Contacted keenans regarding me looking to put my house up for sale and spoke to Chloe brierley, regarding all this she was absolutely fantastic and arranged everything for me and made me feel at ease with everything and she also pointed me in the right directions of other support to help me. I’ve started the process of buying a house from this estate agents and Terri Eccles has been a huge help! The communication is great and definitely important when moving house so that’s appreciated. She also let me know of any new properties that came on the market in my price range. Has been a huge help and I just can’t wait to move in!
Keenans have provided an excellent service from start to finish. They valued the house at a realistic price and kept in touch with me during the whole process. I must in particular offer my thanks to Emily who took over the process once an offer was made. She kept in touch with me on a regular basis and offered great support delivering on whatever she said she would do. The photos in the brochure were to a high standard. I also particularly like that I was asked for a couple of memories about the home and the area which they incorporated into the description of the property. Many thanks and I would definitely recommend Keenans and use them again.
Kept us in the loop during our sale, facilitated letting necessary workmen / surveyors into the property and were helpful and available at all times
Couldn’t recommend Keenans enough. The sale of my property was smooth and efficient, and very professional. The Photographer Lacie was more than professional. I was having renovations on my rear patio at the time, but she still manages to get the right angles. Couldn’t recommend anybody else.
