The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

Fantastic service and support in a what can be difficult process. Terri has kept me in mind and personally selected houses I may like. She she been there to discuss properties and help me with my purchase. Richard has viewed a number of properties with me and given me a variety of information in relation to each unique home. Service is fast, personal and caring. Thank you all.
Keenan’s have made my experience so easy. The communication, politeness and friendliness of all the staff made the process much more pleasant than I expected it to be. I would like to mention Sam Wixted who particularly stood out to me, any queries I had he answered and resolved them straight away. His professionalism was second to none and I would highly recommend him to any relatives/friends who are looking for an estate agent. Thank you very much for making this experience so pleasant.
I WAS IMPRESSED FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL-THE FOLLOW UP, THE ADVICE, AND IN THE WAY ALL MATTERS WERE CONDUCTED. A REAL SUPRISE WHEN COMARED TO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES. MATTHEW ROBINSON LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND POLITE. THE HOUSE WAS SOLD WITHIN 5 DAYS, AND I WAS KEPT INFORMED AT EVERY STAGE-KEENANS NEED A BOLTON OFFICE !

Dealing with this company has been absolutely outstanding. The service I received was very friendly and I was kept up to date every step of the way. Alicja had been truly amazing, nothing ever seems too much trouble for her and she reply’s back to any enquires promptly and also very professionally. Can’t fault her on anything !
