The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

I’ve always had a great experience with Keenan’s on my past 2 property sales. The staff are friendly and we’re entirely understanding of my difficult personal circumstances. Lacie photographed my second property and was wonderfully enthusiastic which put me at ease. Would definitely recommend using Keenan’s in the future to anyone in the Ribble Valley area.
The service from Sam at the Bury branch has been amazing. Constant check ups, keeping us updated very regularly. If I need help with anything I also know they are just a phone call away, which they always answer. Definatly recommend.
Chloe Brierley has been outstanding in the purchase of our new home. She has kept us updated regularly and is a pleasure to speak to.
Excellent service. Keenan's sold our house the day it was put on the market. From start to finish it was seamless, special mention to Louis and Jack (Burnley Branch) who were helpful, supportive and pro active throughout. And to Faye who kept us updated throughout the process. We moved county's so this was quite a stressful time for us, however, they kept us in the loop throughout. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of selling or buying a home to contact Keenan's. Extremely competitive, friendly and with fantastic customer service. Well done Keenan's!!
I had a really pleasant experience with Keenan's Estate Agents during the purchase of our first house! Both Kayleigh and George were exceptional at viewings and on the other end of the phone to assist with any queries.
I have used many estate agents throughout my life but none come close to the service and professionalism of Keenans. I can not recommend them enough! Specifically Emma D, who has gone above and beyond for us, answering all our concerns and promptly responding without having to chase once, her customer service skills were excellent and a real pleasure to do business with. Emma made the whole process a stress free experience! I wouldn’t use any other estate agents again. Highly recommended!
