The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare
There is now a ninth access request so far this year this time for a house inspection. I can't work at my career/ job. Then as i'm tidying up for a house inspection they send me a a rent invoice even though i paid my rent three weeks early. They have toxicated my e mail inbox. And i can't work due to never ending access requests. There e mails to me are horrible.
The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over. I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations
Keenan’s have been brilliant. Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional. Caroline Corteen

Sold two houses and bought one. Ella and the team were incredibly helpful and took alot of the stress away. Kept me updated and were very helpful throughout the process.

We were absolutely impressed with the service provided by Keenans Estate Agents especially Ella. The whole process of buying a house, from the initial stage of viewing the property and to the final stages of completion went very smoothly due to Ella’s proactive approach and professionalism. Ella was very informative, polite, built good rapport, and always had time and patience to listen to what we had to say and answer any of our questions and queries. She would always update us on a weekly basis without fail in regards to any updates, on any progress made about the purchase and would guide us with anything we were unsure of. As we all know, house buying can be a very stressful and a difficult experience, but having a person like Ella being part of this process can make the whole experience an enjoyable one due to her customer orientated approach. Ella in particular has been most helpful, phoning on a regular basis whenever there's an update and often just to check in and make sure we were ok with the process and answer any questions we had. Andy from the Burnley branch has met me at two properties to view in the last week. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service from the branch so far with calls answered and returned, text and email reminders for appts and follow up questionnaires. A great agents to deal with.

The company discriminates against people on benefits. People on benefits have to provide a guarantor which is ridiculous and unfair, as most people on benefits are less likely to have that, the rent gets paid the same as if you were working so policy that makes no sense. And the very lovely gentleman slammed the phone down on me when I said I would leave a review. If you don't have a brain cell the last sentence was sarcasm.
Lewis Usher of Keenans was brilliant. We were the purchaser and not the seller but, despite this, he kept us up to date. Gave us lots of advice and support as we were new to the area. Couldn’t be more helpful. Five star service all the way.
