I cannot give more than 5 stars so 5 stars it is! I wasn't sure which size due to my shape so contacted using the form. Within a very short space of time I had a very friendly, detailed and helpful response. I ordered the size suggested and...wow! The item is really well made - stunning actually - and fitted incredibly well. Absolutely adore it! I will defintiely be using Kate's Clothing again - often ;) Quick delivery with protective packaging too. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely incredible

What can I say, absolutely fantastic. I’ve been ordering for years and Kate has always been so kind and patient with any questions i’ve had. The one return I did (wrong size for me) was seamless and easy. I had bought a belt months ago and a stud came loose (I wear it every day and haven’t been gentle with it so it was not surprising) , Kate was quick to respond and sent me out a replacement not once but TWICE!! Honestly what stellar customer service. All of the items are such good quality and I’m definitely a loyal customer for life. Also subscribe to the email list, her sales and discount codes are top notch and NO spam!! 10/10 Kate should be glowing with pride over her buisness.

This company is brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I recently had a few times that had arrived faulty/damaged and Kate's clothing sorted this so quickly and I received replacement items the next day. Have placed a few orders from this company and the customer service is awesome.

A+ great online store.

I'm about due a new order from Kate's clothing soon I think, I have ordered several times before, everything came as expected, and on time or early, quality fabrics, nice fitting, nice feeling and gorgeous clothes, I've even had friends who aren't usually in toy goth thing tell me how great some things I have had from here look.

Excellent customer service

I have been ordering from Kate's Clothing sporadically for about 10 years. I don't know why I don't order more often; not only is the product and brand range good, but the offers and customer service are excellent. I will definitely support them more in future.

A great store for goths!

Thank you for the fabulously fast dispatch on my previous order! I placed an order and no lie, it was dispatched within 20 minutes. I've bought lots of lovely gothic gifts and accessories from Kates Clothing. I always love having a browse to look for unusual bits. The prices are great, and the sale offers are always worth a look. Would certainly recommend.

Best alternative site

Kate's are the best. They stock a wide range of items, are fairly thorough in their descriptions, have easy returns and great customer service, fast delivery. All-round great company that i keep going back to. Best price on Directions hair dye at only £3 a pot. No issues with ordering, easy website to use. I used them a few times years ago, and came back recently after remembering they exist! Now that Very have mucked up an order, I am off to Kate's for something similar. This company should be the norm, not the exception. Thankfully they at least know what good customer service looks like in this country which is now so horrible for it!

A small company putting large ones to shame

I have ordered a few times now and have to say that for a small company, they could teach the larger ones how to operate. Prices are great, items are despatched so fast it feels like they knew what I am ordering before I do and despite all the issues with Royal Mail during the global pandemic, items have still arrived quickly and everything is well packaged. Can't fault Kate's Clothing for their customer service, product range or delivery.

Long Term Delighted Customer

I have been shopping with Kate Clothing for 13 years and have never received anything but excellent service. Items always arrive sooner than expected and the ONE time there was an error with my order, the customer service was prompt and empathic and returns was easy- the whole thing was resolved and I had my desired item in under a week. Also BEST price on Directions hair dye, hands down.

I have ordered hair products from Kate’s clothing and the delivery was so fast ! Which was brilliant as I am a worrier if things don’t come on time lol but had no worries here! Plus I think it’s an amazing alternative clothing online shop! So many lovely, interesting quirky pieces to be had 👍 I will definitely order from here again ! 😁
