I cannot give more than 5 stars so 5 stars it is! I wasn't sure which size due to my shape so contacted using the form. Within a very short space of time I had a very friendly, detailed and helpful response. I ordered the size suggested and...wow! The item is really well made - stunning actually - and fitted incredibly well. Absolutely adore it! I will defintiely be using Kate's Clothing again - often ;) Quick delivery with protective packaging too. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely incredible

What can I say, absolutely fantastic. I’ve been ordering for years and Kate has always been so kind and patient with any questions i’ve had. The one return I did (wrong size for me) was seamless and easy. I had bought a belt months ago and a stud came loose (I wear it every day and haven’t been gentle with it so it was not surprising) , Kate was quick to respond and sent me out a replacement not once but TWICE!! Honestly what stellar customer service. All of the items are such good quality and I’m definitely a loyal customer for life. Also subscribe to the email list, her sales and discount codes are top notch and NO spam!! 10/10 Kate should be glowing with pride over her buisness.

This company is brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I recently had a few times that had arrived faulty/damaged and Kate's clothing sorted this so quickly and I received replacement items the next day. Have placed a few orders from this company and the customer service is awesome.

A+ great online store.

I'm about due a new order from Kate's clothing soon I think, I have ordered several times before, everything came as expected, and on time or early, quality fabrics, nice fitting, nice feeling and gorgeous clothes, I've even had friends who aren't usually in toy goth thing tell me how great some things I have had from here look.

My favourite place to buy from

My favourite place to buy from for so many reasons. They stock a wide range of items and brands. Their prices are great and they offer price matching. You get regular updates on your order. They dispatch items lightening fast. There are regular offers and really good savings to be found in the clearance section. You can do free returns. You can even earn loyalty points. When I've had any issues with my order it's been sorted straight away. The customer service is amazing and staff are super helpful, quick to respond and really friendly. Like I can't think of anything else they could possibly improve on. Thanks for being awesome!

Awesome of them!

I basically ordered some hair dye, after I purchased it and went to the homepage, it basically came up with a promotion which was not there when I ordered my hair dye. Anyway I got in touch with KatesClothing and they refunded me the 20%, not many places would do that, I am very grateful and satisfied customer! Thank you again!

Five Star Service

Have been ordering from Kate's for a while now for my daughter. The service has always been really fast and the clothing quality excellent. Had a problem recently with some gift cards that wouldn't work but they sorted it out straightaway with no problems. Really fantastic!

Extremely good customer service.

I recently had a small fault with an item, (not their fault) and they responded extremely fast and sent me a replacement. They were very polite and fast to respond. The clothes are always amazing and very very well priced. Packed beautifully (had rainbow pride tape) and I received it very fast. 100% recommend.

Good back then and still amazing now

I used to shop with Kate's Clothing when they first opened, they were brilliant then and they are even better now! Fab choice in a huge variety of sizes, earn points as you shop and delivered so quickly. Have made numerous orders over this last week and EVERYTHING is top quality, beautifully wrapped but be warned it's addictive shopping here. Thanks Kate's Clothing for everything xxx

Excellent customer service

Received my misfortune cookies today and was confused that I got 3 boxes when I’d only ordered 2. Then I noticed it said β€œadd free” on my delivery note so I came to write a review and noticed on the website that it said a promotion for 3 for 2 was on. How kind of katesclothing to apply the promotion for me! I am a very happy customer and would recommend this shop to anyone. Quick delivery too! Thank you
