Don't Bother
I called to get a quote for my up and coming trip to the USA which I thought would be straight forward. The phone operative couldnβt of sounded less infused if he tried. His system didnβt recognise the medical term of an operation I have had, so he advised I should ring my GP to request a different name for my op (Iβm sure my GP would be grateful for a portion of their day to be used up because your drop down menu options, itβs isnβt like they are already overloaded treating patients). I will not be using this company now or ever in the future.

Holiday insurance
Have covered our holiday insurance with Just Travel for a few years. Easy to deal with and sensible. Their breakdown of options covers a wide range of needs. Thankfully we have not had to make a claim so can not comment on that side of their business.

All in all, very pleased.
Have just purchased a single trip policy, having already used Just Travel earlier in the year. The price was competitive - in fact it was cheaper as the holiday duration was shorter. In response to my request I received a call from the person I'd dealt with before and had recognised my name. I was even more impressed when I later remembered that I hadn't requested a discount offer to be applied which I'd been sent previously, but a quick phone call remedied this and a new discounted policy issued. All in all, very pleased with the efficient and friendly service. The reason for only 4 stars is my dislike of insurance companies in general - far too expensive.
