Don't Bother
I called to get a quote for my up and coming trip to the USA which I thought would be straight forward. The phone operative couldn’t of sounded less infused if he tried. His system didn’t recognise the medical term of an operation I have had, so he advised I should ring my GP to request a different name for my op (I’m sure my GP would be grateful for a portion of their day to be used up because your drop down menu options, it’s isn’t like they are already overloaded treating patients). I will not be using this company now or ever in the future.
