Company takes a realistic view of aging travellers
One of the only Companies that don't write off us over-65's as drooling old codgers at death's door and who therefore might prove to be a total liability! They also are prepared to extend cover to 93 days which makes a refreshing change. We made our cover more affordable by excluding as much as we could, paring it down to primarily repatriation back to UK, emergency medical treatment for mugging, accident and the like, and 3rd party claims against us. It's never going to be cheap ... but neither did it prove to be punitively expensive.

Everything seems great unless your plans change
Everything seems great, but due to unforeseen circumstances we cut our 9 month trip short and returned within a month. Apparently this caused the single trip policy to be canceled, fair point. Apparently this also means you are unable to claim back for the unused portion of your trip, unacceptable. I've never heard of a long term policy where if you cancel before the end of the policy you do no receive a refund. Please Just Travel Cover, have my cake and eat it.

Couldn't be better
Couldn't be better. I got a link to your website from Compare the Market. I filled in a bit then was advised to phone. Even though it was Sunday I got a reply right away. The young lady took me through some questions and then found me the cover to suit my trip. She found the cover I wanted for cheaper than I had found on any of the Comparison websites. Excellent service. Quick, easy, painless.

Simple form to fill out online. Got an immediate quote. I chose the cover I wanted and paid. As I have medical issues it cost a little more than basic but that is normal. By comparison they offered good cover at a good price. No messing about, job done.
