Excellent service nothing too much trouble staff friendly and helpful with questions we had they helped with everything. This is our second time booking with this company as there policy to customers is second to none especially if you have to claim our settlement was payed out within a fortnight also no problem if like us you have health issues the staff make it so easy to book. Well done!!!

This is second time of buying Travel β¦
This is second time of buying Travel insurance from Just Travel Cover. At our age we have a few medical problems so any travel insurance proves to be expensive however Just Travel seems fairly priced with a range of covers to choose from depending on need. Medical screening much like other insurers but reasonably simple to do and the telephone representatives are helpful and polite.

Good Service and a policy to meet my needs, quickly and at a good price.
I phoned and got through to a helpful lady named 'Chrystal' (name spelling may not be correct). She quickly and efficiently ran through all the medical etc. questions and suggested additional options that I might have required, then gave me a very good price, which I was happy to accept.

Quick and painless
Quick to obtain and painless to achieve the desired result. Having paid insurance for decades and never required, or inclined to make a claim. The renewal premium for the next 12 months increased to a level that required me to compare the marketplace. I wish I had done it earlier.

Great price and service
Great price and service. Absolutely delighted to obtain travel insurance at reasonable cost and not feel "ripped off" just because those 60+ years old will almost certainly have a couple of what is termed as "normal" health issues to deal with. Other insurance companies please take not. Stop the rip-off mentality and approach and give us over at reasonable cost. Thanks for restoring my faith in at least 1 insurance company. Well done
