Any changes are hugely expensive- declaring a simple chest infection cost over Β£400
Everything costs hundreds.......I have an annual multi trip policy and declared several conditions. They excluded any cover relating to a new back problem, after the specialist ruled out any specific problems I notified -it cost over Β£200 to add a note to policy. Before trip to Europe I got a simple chest infection, having declared it they charged over Β£400 because I was till taking antibiotics- all in all the original cost of the policy has almost trebled. Once the policy is taken out it's a catch 22 situation-it seems that any notification costs 3 figures ........I would most certainly not recommend this company, and feel completely ripped off.

Check policy wording for lurking surprises!
I purchased annual Worldwide cover including USA, Caribbean etc - at no time did call centre staff alert me to the fact that this cover excludes Cuba. Of course it's in the policy wording but a total surprise non the less.

Lied about the silver travel policy
Lied about the silver travel policy. Did you know that there is 150 pounds for EVERY item. I mystery shopped them after the claim to the horrific Right Path underwriters and if I was a new customer I would have been miss sold the policy again. Shame on you.
