They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Bought a single trip policy using Just Travel Cover for the 2nd time. Very easy site to navigate, medical declarations very straightforward and the prices are the best I can find anywhere. My Travel Cover company of choice by far.

Repeat customer for a number of years. Staff always helpfull and have been offered a competitive price for a May 2023 cruise which we have accepted.

Seemed helpful and reasonably priced. Unfortunately had to make a claim when we returned from holiday. Took two calls to be sent the correct forms. Completed and returned within 1 day and received an email confirming receipt and stating it would be processed within 5 working days. Following numerous emails phone calls and errors the claim was finally settled after 2 months. It then took them a further 6 weeks to deal with the resulting complaint. Avoid!
