Donβt review claims!!
I submitted a claim in august 2022 and have still not received a response despite having chased twice and been told it would be looked into. Terrible service, zero point having insurance if you canβt claim when you actually need to. Absolute waste of money and I will not be using again.

Using AIG as their underwriters !!!!!
Using AIG as their underwriters - bad mistake as their service was appalling The cost and cover of travel insurance is important but making a claim more so When holiday had to be cancelled AIG gave dreadful service . NO COMMUNICATION. And huge 7 weeks from passing claim to payout and only because of after many phone calls I went to complaints department. AVOID

I have taken out cover through Just Travel before. Selecting travel insurance is rather more difficult in these times, found the website information most helpful in coming to a decision. Inputting health information more straightforward than I recall in the past. Be willing to take time to download and read the information if you proceed, my purchase completed online with prompt email confirmations.
