I’m surprised to read so many negative reviews here! I took out a policy on Sunday, phoned on Monday and spoke to Destiny who was most efficient, reassuring and helpful, I got the email with the policy details immediately.

Our suitcase was delayed and turned up three days later, with both handles smashed. After nearly a month of correspondence we received nothing. Just travel require a receipt of cost for ANY item claimed. Eventually they would consider a repair ( damaged beyond sensible repair ) After investigation, with an approved specialist, the cost (mine) on getting an assessment was not viable. Dreadful company, will never use them again.

I recently wrote a review saying that I had been a regular customer of Just Travel but would not be using them again due to difficulty in getting money back on an insurance claim Once I submitted the review Just Travel got involved and since they did I have had my claim settled Thank you very much Just Travel but I think you should employ a new settlement handling company 4 months is a long time to wait for a settlement then

I like Just Travel because they are a local company and customers can speak to a member of staff. Everything is explained fully as is any queries I have. Also, all information is sent to me email address where I can read through any relevant points again, in my own time. The Just Travel staff are always very pleasant and polite.
