They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

This is the second time I have used…

This is the second time I have used Just Travel. I have not had to claim so I cannot comment on how smooth the process would be. I must say there was a discrepancy on the policy, I called and the young man changed no questions asked which was refreshing. Many thanks

The first quote I received said that I…

The first quote I received said that I had no health issues, although I had listed one. I saved this quote and decided to do a second one the next day. This time everything was listed for myself and my wife. Although we both have some, minor, health issue I feel we were offered insurance at a reasonable price. It’s quick and easy to enter the information required, but I would suggest you need to check everything before accepting one of the quotes.

Got a quote online. Rang the company without a long wait call answered very swiftly and got through to Jessica. Very polite lady and very efficient! Easy to understand. Got a great price for gold cover with added smart luggage too. Will be using this company again. 5 stars

Discount not really a discount

Shame i couldn’t phone to talk to someone on a Saturday. Although I have taken out insurance with you for a few years it was nice to receive a 7.5 discount but disappointed that this wasn’t really a discount as they added an admin charge which wiped out the discount!

Hard work to claim

We paid for our travel cover which included pre existing medical conditions and the price was very reasonable we also purchased smart luggage and this is where it went wrong our baggage was lost on return and the 39 minute payout has still not been received as of now (21days) admittedly they could not pay into the first bank account I gave but when I changed this still no payment has been received then apparently after 48 hrs you should receive £500 but they now want proof from the airline that the luggage has not been retrieved I understand this but they are 19 days late in asking for the required information
